1.

A public meeting to which parents of all children eligible to participate in the program shall be held at least once a year to explain the program and to receive comments and suggestions for improvement of the program.  The meeting can be a parishwide meeting or can be meetings in each school attendance area.

Parents of all eligible participants shall be encouraged to visit the classrooms of the programs during the yearly school visitation for the conferences with the teachers.

Periodic progress reports shall be provided to parents of participants so that they may be aware of their child's progress.

4.

Newsletters, information sheets, and any activities that involve the parents of the children eligible to participate will be disseminated.
